Dr. Charles Erivona has over 25 years of transfer pricing, valuation, and economics consulting experience. He has advised clients in the financial services, life sciences, technology, retail and consumer products, heavy equipment, and chemicals industries. His expertise includes advising clients on: economics of intercompany pricing (including assessment and mitigation of risks), value chain optimization, and valuation of intangible assets; documentation of transfer pricing studies; economic studies for controversies with tax authorities; and due diligence for M&A transactions. 

Charles holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Fordham University. He retired as a Managing Director from EY and prior to that was a Director at PwC.

Karen Erivona is an accomplished ethics and compliance professional with over 15 years of experience. She has directed global ethics and compliance functions in the financial services industry. She has a keen understanding of challenges facing highly-regulated companies. She has a proven track record of successfully executing with high standards, sound judgment, agility and strong collaboration skills.

Karen holds a JD degree and is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. She also holds a BS degree in Accounting.
